Looking to do something before the concert starts?
Come early and go three miles from the concert location to Beaverdam Park and enjoy a walk on one of the many trails, or spend the afternoon kayaking on the reservoir. Rent a kayak there or bring your own.
You can also spend the evening taking a stroll down Main Street, which is where the Court Green is located.
Here, in Virginia’s oldest living village, take in the freshly painted community mural that celebrates the waterways, and watermen, of the Middle Peninsula.
If you’re hungry before or after the show, stop in and dine at the many restaurants along Main Street, choosing from classic American fare, sushi, diner classics, locally sourced seafood and more. Want to listen and eat at the same time? Swing into Kelsick Specialty Market and grab some grub to go.
